msasa|(ə)mˈsasa| Also m'sassa, musaasa. [Mashona.] A Central African tree, Brachystegia spiciformis, of the family Leguminosæ, distinguished by compound leaves, racemes of small, fragrant, white flowers, and a spreading crown of branches. Also attrib.
