mellowspeak, n. U.S. colloq.|ˈmɛləʊspiːk| [f. mellow a. + -speak.] Language that is bland, unaggressive, and euphemistic, orig. used to characterize a vogueish, self-absorbed argot associated with psychotherapy and New Age philosophy.
