marsokhod|ˈmɑːzəkɒd, -xɒd| Also Marsokhod. [a. Russ. marsokhód, f. Mars Mars (after lunokhod).] A type of Russian self-propelled vehicle for transmitting information about the planet Mars as it travels over its surface.
