‖ Libellula Ent.|lɪˈbɛljuːlə| [Mod.L. (Linnæus); dim. of the earlier name libella.] A genus of neuropterous insects, originally corresponding in extent to the modern family Libellulidæ (Dragon-flies); now one of three genera composing that order.
