A novelty telegram or greetings message sent through a commercial agency, which is delivered (usu. by a provocatively-dressed young woman) with a kiss, esp. to amuse or embarrass the recipient.
A ‘Kissogram Post Card’ (Valentine Series) was available in the 1900s. The sender could leave the imprint of a kiss on the face of the card, above a sentimental verse (‘..But it's you that I'd rather be ‘kissing’.’).
