anastigmatic, a.|ænəstɪgˈmætɪk| [f. an- 10 + astigmatic a.; cf. G. anastigmatisch and stigmatic a. 9.] Not astigmatic; free from astigmatism: applied to a compound lens so constructed as to correct the astigmatic aberration.
