kineograph|ˈkaɪniːəʊgrɑːf, -æ-| Also cineograph. [irreg. f. Gr. κῑνέ-ειν to move + -graph.] A picture representing objects in motion, produced by bringing separate pictures before the eye in such quick succession as to blend the images into one continuous impression.
