‖ waza-ari, n. Judo.|ˌwazaˈari| [Jap., = feat accomplished (but not with complete success), f. waza act, trick + ari, f. aru to be, come into being.] A score of half a point awarded to a contestant for an incompletely executed throw or hold; half an ippon.
