intrapluvial, a. and n.|ɪntrəˈpluːvɪəl| [f. intra- 1 + pluvial a.] A. adj. Of, pertaining to, or designating relatively short, drier periods (less marked than interpluvials) that may have occurred during pluvials. B. n. An intrapluvial period.
