‖ yang ch'in|jæŋ tʃɪn| Also yang ching, jin, kin, and as one word. [Chinese yángqín, f. yáng high-sounding or yáng foreign + qín musical instrument, zither.] A Chinese musical instrument similar to the dulcimer.
