inequilateral, a.|ɪniːkwɪˈlætərəl| [f. in-3 + equilateral. Cf. F. inéquilatéral.] Having unequal sides; unequal-sided. inequilateral shell: one in which a transverse line drawn through the apex of the umbo divides the valve into two unequal and unsymmetrical parts.
