hydroxocobalamin Biochem.|haɪˌdrɒksəʊkəʊˈbɒləmɪn| [f. hydroxo- + cobalamin.] An analogue of cyanocobalamin (vitamin B12) in which the cyanide ion is replaced by a hydroxide (OH-) ion.
