Hutchinsonian, a. and n.|hʌtʃɪnˈsəʊnɪən| [See -ian.] A. adj. 1. a. Of or pertaining to John Hutchinson (died 1737), a writer on natural philosophy, who interpreted the Bible mystically, and opposed the Newtonian philosophy. b. Of or according to Anne Hutchinson (died 1643), an antinomian teacher in New England.
