hosiery|ˈhəʊʒ(ɪ)ərɪ, ˈhəʊzɪərɪ| [f. prec.: see -ery.] 1. Hose collectively; extended to other frame-knitted articles of apparel, and hence to the whole class of goods in which a hosier deals.
