fecundability, n.|fɛ-, fɪkʌndəˈbɪlɪtɪ| [ad. It. fecondabilità (C. Gini 1924, in Atti del R. Istituto Veneto di Sci., Lett. & Arti LXXXIII. 315): see fecund a. and -bility.] The probability of a woman's conceiving within a given period of time, esp. during a specific month or menstrual cycle.
