tenˌtacuˈliferous, a. [f. mod.L. tentaculum + -iferous.] Bearing tentacles: said of an animal or organ; spec. of or pertaining to the Tentaculifera or Acinetaria, a division of the Plegepod Protozoa; sometimes, pertaining to the Tentaculifera or Glossophora, among Mollusca.
