telluretted, a. Chem. Now rare.|ˈtɛl(j)ʊərɛtɪd| [f. as prec. + -ed.] Combined with tellurium, as in tellure(t)ted hydrogen, a gaseous compound of hydrogen and tellurium, TeH2, formerly also called hydrotelluric or tellurhydric acid, and now hydrogen telluride.
