Swan River The name of a river in Western Australia, used attrib. in Swan River daisy, an annual herb of the genus Brachycome, esp. B. iberidifolia, belonging to the family Compositæ, native to Western and South Australia, and bearing pinnate leaves and blue, violet, or white flowers resembling daisies.
