stylohyal, a. and n. Anat.|staɪləʊˈhaɪəl| [f. stylo- + hy-oid + -al1.] Epithet of one of the bones of the hyoid arch, constituting in man the styloid process of the temporal bone. Chiefly as n. = stylohyal bone.
