‖ dhoti, dhootie|ˈdəʊtɪ, ˈduːtɪ; also dh-| Also 7 duttee, 9 dote, dhotee, -ty, dhootie, dhooty. [Hindī dhōtī.] The loin cloth worn by Hindus; a long narrow cloth which is wound round the body, passed between the thighs, and tucked in under the waist-band behind.
