dendrodont, n. and a. Palæont. and Zool.|ˈdɛndrəʊdɒnt| [f. dendro- + Gr. ὀδοντ- tooth.] A. n. A fish of the extinct fossil genus Dendrodus, characterized by teeth of dendritic structure. (Cf. dendrodentine under dendro-.)
