Most recently, it’s been seen near Beal City and Herrick in Isabella County.

Most offices, Herrick said, would reopen on Wednesday “with additional security enhancements, including the presence of law enforcement or security personnel.”

The agency was working with the Federal Bureau of Investigation and local law enforcement agencies to determine whether the threat was credible, Herrick said.
