Virginia Tech, like any social drinker trying to get a buzz, is left with sadness, regret and a blinding hangover.

I am referring to the social drinker who has decided that, in order to lose weight, he or she can never drink again.

Many of these friends now consider themselves social drinkers, but many still black out every weekend.
