The city has pledged 80 million euros for the construction of the seafront museum, with the Guggenheim Helsinki fund donating the remaining 50 million euros.

The car became wedged between the jetty and a pontoon on the seafront at Ramsgate, Kent, leaving the driver trapped inside, the fire service said.

First Seafront has sharply cut its stockholdings in the past year and shifted toward bonds and commodities.
