- a US television series (1997-2003) about a teenage girl, Buffy Summers, played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, who has special abilities that help her to fight against vampires (= imaginary creatures in the form of dead people who drink the blood of living people), helped by her high school friends. The shows are a mix of horror, romance, fight scenes and elements of comedy.
