Of, relating to, or connecting the pubic bone and the bladder; specifically designating a ligament (or thickening of the pelvic fascia) connecting the pubic bone with the neck of the bladder (and with the prostate in males).

Late 19th century; earliest use found in John S. Billings (1838–1913). Probably after scientific Latin pubo-vesicalis.
