A Trotskyite political organization, publisher of the weekly newspaper Militant (1964–97).
- This organization was at no time an official subdivision of the British Labour Party; however in the 1980s it was alleged to be involved in infiltration of the Labour Party, and a number of its members were expelled from Labour Party membership. In the mid 1990s, many of the movement's members joined the new Socialist Party (whose weekly publication The Socialist replaced Militant in February 1997)..
