Attributive Designating or relating to an order ruling that, after a divorce, the former matrimonial home should not be sold until the divorcees' children have attained a certain age (usually 18) or completed their education.

1970s; earliest use found in All England Law Reports. From the name of the litigants in the 1973 Court of Appeal case of Mesher v. Mesher.
