Definition of Coe, Sebastian in English: Coe, Sebastianproper nounkəʊkō Baron Coe of Ranmore (born 1956), British middle-distance runner and Conservative politician, an Olympic gold medal winner in the 1,500 metres in 1980 and 1984. After his retirement from athletics he served as an MP 1992–7 and chaired the committee that organized the 2012 London Olympic Games and Paralympic Games. In 2015 he was elected president of the International Association of Athletics Federations.
