Gorsuch, Neil McGill,

1967–, associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court (2017–), b. Denver. A graduate of Harvard Law School (1991), he clerked for Supreme Court Justice Kennedy and then studied at Oxford before he entered private practice (1995–2005). From 2005 to 2006 he was the principal deputy to the U.S. associate attorney general. In 2006 he was appointed by President George W. Bush to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
