Special Features:Park features several water areas: Brinker Lake (120 acres), open forpower boating; George Wyth Lake, a 75-acre, no-wake lake with awheelchair-accessible fishing pier and fishing jetties; Fisher Lake, a40-acre natural lake; Alice Wyth Lake (60 acres), for boats withelectric motors only; and the Cedar River. The park is also a NationalUrban Wildlife Sanctuary. More than 200 species of birds have beenobserved here, and white-tailed deer can be seen year round.
