gamma heavy chain disease

A rare disease whose hallmark is the production of abnormal immunoglobulins (made of gamma heavy chains) by malignant B-lymphocytes. Clinical findings may include lymphadenopathy, hepatosplenomegaly, arthritis, edema of the uvula, and infiltration of the skin and thyroid gland.
