Gamble's Cave
Gamble’s Cave
a cave near the city of Nakuru in Kenya. During excavations of the cave from 1927 to 1929. five human skeletons were discovered dating from the Mesolithic. The stone implements that were also found belong to the so-called Capsian culture. The anthropological type of these people can be classified as Proto-Ethiopian, somewhat more massive than the modern representatives of the Ethiopian race.
