Fuenteovejuna

(also Fuente Obejuna), a town in southern Spain, in Andalusia, in Córdoba Province. Population, 9,200 (1970). Córdoba has such food-processing industries as milling, wine-making, and the production of olive oil; the city also produces leather goods. Coal, lead, and mercury are mined nearby.
