A rare, benign, non-Langerhans cell histiocytosis characterised by widespread and symmetric flesh-colored to blue-red papules on the trunk and proximal extremities, primarily affecting adults. GEH resolves spontaneously over a period of one month to 12 years. Lesions may regress with isotretinoin therapy.
