Dzhinal

a mountain range in the northern Caucasus, southeast of Kislovodsk. Dzhinal is a cuesta formed by limestone and sandstone of the Cretaceous period. The highest point is Upper Dzhinal Mountain (1,541 m). There are numerous caves, and steppe vegetation grows on the slopes.
