Dzhanga

an urban-type settlement, administrative center of Krasnovodsk Raion, Krasnovodsk Oblast, Turkmen SSR. Located on the north shore of Krasnovodsk Gulf of the Caspian Sea. It has a railroad station (Giusha) on the Krasnovodsk-Nebit-Dag line. Population, 5,000 (1970). The town has a building materials combine and a crushed-stone plant.
