Eia Estuary

a shallow bay in the northeast part of the Sea of Azov. It is actually the mouth of the Eia River, fenced off from the sea by the Eia and Glafirov sandbars. Length, approximately 24 km; width, up to 13 km; depth, up to 3.2 m. The city of Eisk is situated on its western shore.
