[kō′hir·ənt ′vid·ē·ō] (electronics) The video signal produced in a moving-target indicator system by combining a radar echo signal with the output of a continuous-wave oscillator; after delay, this signal is detected, amplified, and subtracted from the next pulse train to give a signal representing only moving targets.
