Cogan oculomotor apraxia

(kō'găn ok'yū-lō-mō'tŏr ă-praks'ē-ă) Inability to move eyes in one or both directions, horizontally; patient must turn head to view an object in periphery. Condition more prevalent in males and is especially noticeable in children.
