[kən¦tin·yə·wəs ′fȯrmz] (computer science) In character recognition, any batch of source information that exists in reel form, such as tally rolls or cash-register receipts. Preprinted forms that repeat on each page, with the bottom of one page joined to the top of the next by a perforated attachment, so that they can be fed through a printer.
