Also known as hydrofluorosilicic acid; hydrofluosilicic acid. Fluosilicic Acid H2SiF6, a strong inorganic acid. It can exist only in an aqueous solution; in the free state it decomposes into silicon tetrafluoride, SiF4, and hydrogen fluoride, HF.
