Cuban Institute of Radio Broadcasting

(Institute Cubano de Radiodifusión), a government organization that administers radio and television broadcasting in Cuba. Founded in 1962, it is controlled by the Ministry of Communications. As of 1975, it managed 41 radio stations and 19 television centers. Broadcasts to foreign countries are conducted in eight languages.
