0 to 10 scale

A pain measurement scale—least severe 0, most severe 10—rated subjectively by a post-op patient with cancer-related bone pain, or other pain. The 0 to 10 scale may be used in JCAHO-accredited hospitals and health care institutions to objectify a patient’s subjective pain.
