But they keep turning our electric and water off unless we pay them a lot more plus we are buying the house not the land nor renting the land where it sits they have given us a notarized lease which they signed and we didn't and a 30 day notice of eviction. Can they evict us when we own the house on there land? Can the turn our water and electric off any time they want to be mean?
