Location:From Mountain Home, 6 miles north on AR 5, then 8 miles west on AR 178.
Facilities:107 campsites (most with hookups but 20 are tent sites with nohookups), 2 rent-a-camp sites, 2 rent-an-RV sites, picnic areas,pavilions, hiking trails (2.5 miles), boat dock with motor, kayak, andcanoe rentals as well as supplies, equipment, and gifts; new visitorcenter has an exhibit hall, theater, and gift shop (é).
Activities:Camping, fishing, boating, water sports, hiking, interpretive programs.
Special Features:Park is located in the scenic Ozark Mountains along the shores of White Riverand Bull Shoals Lake. The White River is one of mid-America's premierrainbow streams. A dam on the river forms the 45,440-acre BullShoals Lake, which is also popular for fishing as well as otherwatersports.
