Buhain Gol

Buhain Gol

 

a river in China in Tsinghai Province; the largest river feeding Lake Kukunuoer. Length, about 250 km; basin area, about 15,000 sq km. The Buhain Gol rises in the Sulenan Range (the Nan Mountains) and flows first in a deep, narrow valley and in its lower course in a broad valley, where the river bed divides into branches and narrow channels. There are grazing grounds in the valley. The settlement of T’ienchün is located on the Buhain Gol.
