C-scope C-scope A type of radar display in which the horizontal axis is the target bearing and vertical is the angle of elevation. The scanner moves simultaneously in azimuth and elevation in a wigwag fashion. The scope lights up only when there is an echo, so that the target coordinates can be read directly, as no time base is used. This type of display is normally used in conjunction with equipment that has a B-scope. See also B-scope. |
