antimetropia

 [an″te-, an″ti-mĕ-tro´pe-ah] difference in the refractive error of the two eyes, such as hyperopia in one eye with myopia in the other.

an·ti·me·tro·pi·a

(an'tē-me-trō'pē-ă), A form of anisometropia in which one eye is myopic and the other hypermetropic. [anti- + G. metron, measure, + ōps, eye]

antimetropia 

A condition in which one eye is myopic and the other hyperopic. Syn. mixed anisometropia. See anisocoria.
