Aspergillus antibodies, IgE for allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis, positive sputum cytology.
 
Management
Corticosteroids for allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis.
Clinical forms, Bronchopulmonary aspergillosis
• Allergic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis—Occurs in atopic patients.
• Invasive bronchopulmonary aspergillosis—Linked to immunosuppression.
• Saprophytic bronchopulmonary aspergillosis—Develops in pre-existing cavities.
